Real-Time Data Analytics

Introduction


Real-time data analytics allows managers to analyze data in aggregate, using 65 patient-reported metrics by date, program, and clinician. Tableau powers our data analytics dashboard.


  • During-treatment data is updated daily, every evening
  • Topline post-treatment outcomes data is updated monthly

Organizations have a specific number of seats included in their Vista progress monitoring contract, with the minimum number of seats being two. Additional seats are available for $50/seat; the cost Vista pays Tableau for each seat. If you are interesting in purchasing additional seats, please reach out to the client success team.


Accessing the Analytics


Users who have a Tableau seat may access the analytics dashboard by selecting the graph icon from the toolbar on the left-hand side.

From there, you'll be taken to the 'Progress' tab of analytics. On the right-hand side, results can be filtered by program, counselor, payer, and date range.

These graphs illustrate how the percentage of patients reporting symptoms declined between intake and the last progress monitoring survey they submitted.

Completion
  • Reason for discharge

All treatment centers can see:

  • Counselor login frequency

Outcomes

For treatment centers that are participating in post-treatment outcomes, monthly metrics can be viewed, including:

  • Abstinence rates at one month, six months, and twelve months, as available
  • Abstinence rates of patients who completed treatment compared to those who did not at one month, six months and twelve months.
