Assigning Groups to Counselors and Managers

Staff with manager access can assign counselors and managers to specific programs. This allows for a little bit more control over access to information and tailoring of alerts. 

Assign Counselors to Programs

Click on the "Counselors" icon (talk bubbles) and find the counselor account you'd like to change. Click on the "3 dots" and select "Edit."

**If you have managers are who are also counselors (Manager/Counselor) click on the "Managers" icon (a laptop) to access their account settings. 

  • On the right side of the page, there will be a list of "Programs." To add a program, click on the plus (+) sign. To remove a program, click "Delete." Press "Submit" at the bottom of the page to save changes. 

Add programs to a manager account

Adding programs to a manager account allows them to receive alerts for selected programs. To modify manager accounts, click on the "Managers and Staff" icon (a laptop). 

To select programs, check the box "Receive notifications for select programs," then use the drop-down menu to select specific programs. Click "Submit" once the desired changes have been made.
