Vista Reports

Introduction

Vista provides all treatment centers with reports that provide data collected from INSIGHT (during treatment data) or Recovery 20/20 (post-treatment outcomes) on an annual basis. In this article you will find:

Report Types

Audits: During the first six months of using INSIGHT, we provide audit reports to review the success of your implementation. The audit reviews the percentage of your census that has been enrolled in the software, the frequency of update surveys, and how often clinicians are reviewing reports. 

Treatment Effectiveness Report: Treatment centers are provided with an overview of patient data collected during treatment and national benchmarking data. The treatment effectiveness report is designed to help centers evaluate their program based on direct patient feedback.

Post-treatment Outcomes Report: Treatment Center engaged in Recovery 20/20 (our post-treatment outcomes program) will receive annual aggregate data that shares how patients were doing 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months post-treatment.

How to View Previously Released Reports

Users with manager access can view released reports from the INSIGHT software. Step-by-step instructions are below.

1. Log in to INSIGHT at https://client.vista-research-group.com.

2. Once logged in, click the "Reports" icon on the left side toolbar. 

3. Click on the three dots from the "Centers" menu and select "Reports." In the next window, a list of created reports will appear.

4. You'll find all of your center's Vista audits, annual reports, and special reports listed. To download a report, click on one of the report links listed on the right.
