How to Access Your Center's Implementation Report

Staff members with manager access will be able to access your center’s Implementation Report, to see if your staff is implementing the software effectively

Staff with manager access (learn more about access levels here) can find the implementation reports by selecting the implementation report icon (looks like a line graph):

Implementation Report Features

 Filtering: You can narrow down your search by time frame, counselor, or by program:

Enrollment and Discharges: See how many patients have been enrolled and discharged in two-week intervals. This is a good way to see if your center is discharging patients regularly or if you need to discharge patients within the software

Clinician Dashboard Views/Week: The achieve the goal of using data to inform clinical care, clinicians must review their patient data on a regular basis. Under No. of Patient Dashboard Views Per Patient per Week, you can see where your therapists rank next to our goal of 1 patient dashboard view per week (the red goal line). This is a good place to use the counselor filter to see which counselors are checking patient dashboards regularly:

Frequency of Update Surveys: See the percentage of patients that submitted update surveys every two weeks. This is a good place to look up by program to compare how each of your programs is performing separately. Our suggested goal (red goal line) is 90% of your patients submitting update surveys every two weeks:
