Schedule an Implementation Call: This 30-minute call is designed to help us get to know your treatment center and jointly decide how we should customize the INSIGHT software to be most useful for your center. Provide detailed treatment center and staff information: In order to set INSIGHT up for your center, we need information on the name, title, and email address of each person who should have access to the software. We also need to know whether they are clinicians who have patients assigned specifically to them as well as which patients they should be able to access the patient data for. Provide payment information: Please provide information on the bank account or credit card we should use to collect payment on our invoices by filling out this form: Payment Form
Train your team: We have a two-part training process designed to help your staff understand the why and the how of the data collection process.
Online training: Once your staff has user accounts in the software, they can complete the online training. The training takes about 45 minutes to complete. After this training, your staff will be ready to begin data collection and administer surveys in the INSIGHT software. Instructions for accessing the online training
Live Q&A Session: After your team has completed the online training, we provide a 45-minute live Q&A session. In this training, we review the data collection process and leave a great deal of time to answer questions! Since we know that finding a time for your staff to get together is typically the most difficult part of the implementation process, you can go ahead and schedule this training now. Just be mindful of leaving enough time for your team to complete the online portion of the training. Your team is welcome to being using the software before the live Q&A session. Please be aware, however, that we'll need to cancel the session if the three previous steps have not been completed at least 24 hours in advance.
