Counselor and Program Summaries

Counselor and program summaries allow you to see at a glance how all current patients for a particular counselor or program are reporting feeling.  The summaries show the most recent data point for each patient being monitored for a condition.  Data points in the yellow or red zone are labeled with the patient’s name, so you can quickly see which patients are not progressing as well as expected. To view and download your counselor summary:      

1. Click on the counselor summary icon.   
2. Click “period” to adjust  the number  of days in the  reporting  period.
3. Click “Generate PDF” to download the report.

To view program summaries, click on the second icon just below the counselor summary icon (both icons look like stacked boxes) and select the program you would like to review. 

How to zoom in on summary reports

If you are viewing a crowded summary report (the chart has many plot points, with some appearing to be stacked on each other), you can zoom in by double-tapping on the location you'd like to view closer with your cursor or using the "pinch and spread" gesture with two fingers on a touch screen device.
