How to turn on/off survey reminders for patients

INSIGHT has the ability to send automatic reminders to patients, once per week, to ask them to complete their progress monitoring survey. Staff and counselors that have manager access to INSIGHT can edit this setting. To edit the survey reminders follow the instructions below.

  Please note: At this time, reminders cannot be sent at different times for different programs (e.g. IOP or residential). 

• Select the "Centers" icon in the left side menu. 

• Select the 3 dots and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Edit Center" in the menu.

• Check the "Notifications" box. Once the box is checked. You will be able to change the date of time of the notifications. The times are in Eastern time. 

Once you have edited your settings, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
